West Hills estate of Hollywood silent movie star Francis Lederer is for sale
When Lederer bought the property in the 1930s, the San Fernando Valley鈥檚 population was under 80,000 and the population of Los Angeles had reached 1.2 million, according to Joshua Sides, a 91福利社 history professor.
